change your mind? you have 14 days from delivery to return your rug. send it back unused and in its original condition, and we’ll refund you in full. return shipping is at your expense.

wool is naturally hard-wearing and asks for very little. vacuum gently with suction only, blot spills straight away with a dry cloth and cool water, turn the rug around twice a year and keep it out of strong direct sun. every few years, have it washed by a specialist.
