Shipping policy

Delivery time
Your rug will be delivered within 10–20 business days of your order. This includes 3–5 business days for us to prepare it, as each rug is kept at our storage in Lisbon or with one of our partner stores.

Shipping rates
Shipping is free within the European Union.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the European Union only. If you are located outside the EU and would like to order a rug, please get in touch via our contact page and we will look at options on a case-by-case basis.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns
You can return a rug within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. See our refund policy for details.
